Mahima has been associated with the hospitality and tourism industry since 1999. She started her career at Marriott WelcomHotel in New Delhi, India as an events coordinator and moved over to sales with Ananda in the Himalayas at their Delhi sales office. She moved to Canada in 2006 and her last job in India was with the Imperial Hotel, New Delhi – a renowned 5 Diamond hotel, where she was responsible for the key leisure travel accounts.
She continued her career in Canada with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and worked at 2 of their properties in Toronto before moving out west as a Director of Sales with Magnolia Hotel & Spa in Victoria, British Columbia. Mahima established herself within the Canadian hospitality industry through her dedication, hard work and perseverance. In 2010, she returned to Starwood with Four Points by Sheraton where she was responsible for the sales, marketing and revenue decisions for the property until its closure in 2012. In 2011, she took on the additional responsibility of chairing the Four Points Coop, which comprised of Directors of Sales & Marketing and the General Managers of 9 hotels within Ontario. All along, Mahima continued to invest in herself. She has certification in both Marketing and Revenue Management from eCornell and has also completed a course in Strategic Selling, which was offered by Starwood; this certification was delivered by a Master Connections trainer.
In 2012, Mahima took on a new path within the industry by joining HelmsBriscoe and in 2013 she established her own company, Saleint. Today, she serves as President & COO of XCIX Inc., a Saleint Company. Mahima focuses on the day-to-day operations of XCIX and is the lead liaison with our clients once our services are deployed. Mahima has multitude of experience – from India to Canada and from events management to executive leadership. She brings in diverse points of view, unique insights and perspectives from both sides of this customer focused industry.

Thomas’ career began by being asked to arrange a high profile government delegation visits to Canada as a favour to a friend. This first glimpse into logistics and meeting planning hooked him on the industry and was the beginning of The Gibraltar & Palme Group Limited, Parent Company of XCIX Inc. His first clients included Andrew Sarlos of Gordon Capital and Sandor Demjan of TriGranit Polus Group. The visits were created to enhance relationships with visiting dignitaries and their counterparts and build on common areas of interest. The guest experience was paramount to the success of these programs. Thomas serves as Executive Vice-President & CEO of XCIX and President & CEO of Gibraltar & Palme. He is responsible for XCIX’s business development strategies and oversees industry relations and company positioning within the marketplace.
Thomas Rado’s capabilities have been sought through various consulting roles over the past two decades. Business development, governance, business advancement strategies, community master planning, real estate site redevelopment, and security and protocol deployment have been an integral part of Thomas’ career. He has acquired “behind the scenes” expertise in executing complex business transactions and meetings with senior government officials and heads-of-state. He is known as a consensus builder in organisations that have multiple stakeholders including government and private sector entities. Thomas was director of Living Bridge Corporation from 2003-2009, the lead firm undertaking the redevelopment of a 7 city block site in central Shanghai, China.
The hospitality and tourism world has consistently been a part of his roles since 1993 and over the years has built an outstanding reputation in client services and industry relations. He is the recipient of several awards from industry suppliers such as Fairmont~Raffles~Swissôtel, Hilton, IHG, and Ritz-Carlton Hotels. He currently sits on the Caesars Windsor Hotel Advisory Board, the City of Vaughan Round Table on Tourism, and the NavStar Aviation Partners Advisory Board. Thomas is a member of SITE, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence. He received his Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) designation and has since been appointed to the faculty of SITE Global, teaching the CIS course for colleagues from around the world. Thomas attended university in Canada at Glendon College, York University and in the United Kingdom at the London School of Economics, University of London. His passion for architecture and interior design led to his studies in interior design and décor earning him his CID designation from George Brown College.

He has held senior management and executive positions with branded and non-branded hotels (including Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International), Four Season Resorts (offering golf, skiing and exclusive spa), Convention Centres and Historical Venues.

Susan Forint is a seasoned strategic and tactical marketing and communications professional who builds brand value through effective touch- point management, on and off line, creating welcoming environments, building constructive communities and facilitating conversations that enables organizations to connect with and engage the right, targeted audiences. An MBA with a background in design, Susan has followed a dynamic path spanning 20 years, including marketing, communications, event management, loyalty development, social media, design and project management, across various industries, products and services. She is recognized for her ability to understand and meet high-level business objectives, developing and implementing communications and engagement strategies that build meaningful customer experiences and empowers sales teams to deliver results.
Susan is well versed in the hospitality and tourism industries, including planning and delivering business meetings and events and facilitating and leading CVB business development advisory panels. She also managed and executed the marketing, communications, social media and networking events as a volunteer board director of the Toronto chapter of NEWH, an international not-for-profit, hospitality networking organization that awards scholarships to students aspiring to enter the hospitality industry. An effective communicator, Susan arms audiences with content and messaging that matters.
